Chainlink settles, not us
The contract accepts exactly one oracle round — the first at/after settle time — and verifies it on-chain. Settlement is permissionless: anyone can trigger it.
The pot is untouchable
No withdraw function, no upgrades, no pause. The only ETH the house ever sees is 4% of the losing pool at settlement — hard-capped in bytecode.
Oracle dies? Full refund
If no valid round arrives by the deadline, the market flips to refund mode and every wallet withdraws 100%. Zero fee on refunds.
